Owned by Hollingsworth Funds and operated by Blueline, the Grove Creek Mitigation Bank is the first mitigation bank to service the Upstate of South Carolina.

Encompassing over 580 acres the objectives of the bank are to restore, enhance and protect with ample buffers over 9 miles of streams and 43 acres of wetlands.

The activities performed at the bank have accrued a wide variety of both stream and wetland credits that can be utilized throughout the assigned service areas.

The bank services the Southern Lower Piedmont Ecoregions of HUC units 3050109, 3050108, 3050107, 3050106 and 3050105. Map of Service area.
